Mr. Katagiri is the Commander of supposedly many Enchant Forces apart from the Breakers. He is impolite, bossy and appears villain-like. He appears to abuse his rank and power for the manipulating and blackmailing people. Also he is creepy in trying to make a play for his Secretary Shizuka Mikami.
